As someone who loves music, there are certain albums that have played a pivotal part in my life. These are albums I love and evoke a special memory or time in my life.
Oasis - (What's the Story) Morning Glory?
I think I say without hesitation that Oasis' second album, (What's the Story) Morning Glory? is my favourite album. It's almost 25 years old and I still listen to the whole album regularly.
My favourite song from the album? 'Don't Look Back in Anger'
U2 - Achtung Baby
OK U2 fans don't get mad at me, but Achtung Baby is my favourite album from the band, not Joshua Tree. Thanks to my older brother and sisters, I listened to a lot of U2 growing up, and even though Joshua Tree is a great album, most of the songs from it got played to death (in our house and on the radio). I can easily listen to Achtung Baby today and not get bored with the songs.

Coldplay - A Rush of Blood to the Head
As I've mentioned before, I've seen Coldplay in concert FIVE times. The band's first five albums were pretty solid, but my favourite album is definitely A Rush of Blood to the Head. Even though the album came out back in 2002 and I still listen to it frequently.
My favourite song from the album? 'The Scientist'
No Doubt - Tragic Kingdom
Like (What's the Story) Morning Glory? No Doubt's Tragic Kingdom came out at a point in my life when I was starting to build my own taste in music. The album is arguably the band's best album and has a great combination of fun pop tunes (i.e. 'Just a Girl') and ballads like 'Don't Speak' that I love to belt out.
My favourite song from the album? 'Sunday Morning'
Bush - Sixteen Stone
File this album under 'Albums I Haven't Listened to in Years.' I played Sixteen Stone on repeat for most of high school when my Gavin Rossdale obsession was at its peak.
My favourite song from the album? 'Glycerine'
